About the Company Cetus Energy Pty Ltd is a Company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, where it has for over ten years been developing the Cetus Marine Energy system. Now, at the near conclusion of this vital initial Research & Development programme, and with Patents granted in nearly 20 countries, this innovative energy converter is showing its great potential as both a combined wave/tide-flow turbine, and an auxiliary propulsion device for marine craft of all sizes. The Company's expertise is manifest in its ability to develop innovative design solutions in response to difficult operational criteria, and, using state-of-the-art Stereolithography techniques, produce fully functional prototype components in just a few days. This has allowed the manifold development and testing of the key component (the flexible 'Cetus' blades) in a variety of operational environments. The 'Holy Grail' of the design solution has always had at its core both simplicity and cost-effectiveness. Cetus Energy P/L intends to remain at the focal point of the many potential developments of this energy converter, which means the continued development of the core component (the Cetus blade).
